Shipping: Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

We offer the following option for all our shipments:

Home delivery. This option is free for orders over € 50.

Lower orders cost € 5 + VAT for the peninsula.

The delivery time is 1-5 business days, only for shipments to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and for the models indicated in their availability (see the product sheet).

We cannot guarantee delivery in the time slot indicated by the customer. Delivery will be made before 19:00.

Please note that orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the following business day and the estimate of the terms described above should be calculated from that moment.


In the case of proceeding with a return, we want this to be the easiest for you.

How do I return an item?

Within 15 calendar days after receipt, you can return the purchase, being at your own expense the shipping of the purchased item. The products must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding packaging.

How will I receive my refund?

After receiving the return, and after checking the good condition of the item, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account. Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.

Return Procedure

To make a return you must follow the procedure detailed below.

To know the status of the order to be returned, you must log in with your user in the online store, and you must click on the button "History and Details of my Orders" on the new screen that has appeared. In case you already have the session previously started, you must click on your username in the top menu, next to the cart icon.

Once located on the screen that appears when you click on “History and Details of my Orders”, you must select the order for which you want to make the return and click on the “More Information” button in its respective row. As stated at the beginning, only those orders with a status of "Sent" or "Delivered" can be returned.

By clicking on "More Information", all the details related to the order in question are displayed. To request the return of one or more merchandise contained in that order, you must check the corresponding box (es), indicating in turn the reason for the return optionally. Once this is done, simply press the "Request a Return" button, and the team will be notified of your desire for a return.

After making the request:

For size changes, you will receive a label, which you must attach to the package. This label contains all the information necessary for the return, you do not need to add any information about the sender or recipient in the package. A Nacex courier will pick up the package. The cost of 1 service will be supported by, being totally free for you.

For returns, you must send the products, through the courier company you consider appropriate, to the following address:

The product that you want to return must be in its original package and both in perfect condition. Before making the refund, we will analyze the conditions of the product. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resale conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product and the refund of the amount. The return of used shoes will only be accepted in the case of having a manufacturing defect. The refund of the amount will be made within 5 business days from the receipt of the order in our offices.

At we carry out a prior quality control of all the items available in stock and another additional quality control at the time of packaging your order. In the event that the item you receive has a hidden defect, your rights as a consumer will not be affected.

It is recommended to keep the receipt of the courier company. assumes no responsibility in case of loss or deterioration during the return transport of the package. In case of requesting a claim, it must be made to the courier company.
